Overview
Brief Summary
This experimental study is to investigate the impact of the Blood Flow Restriction Training (BFRT) Technique on the functional performance of the female collegiate basketball athletes. This will be conducted for 4 weeks, and this study will investigate whether BFRT can enhance the performance of female athletes or not. Aim will be to improve the arm curl repetition, modified upper limb close kinetic chain test and passing accuracy test. The difference in the performance of two groups will be tested one control group on which traditional training will be done and experimental group which will receive traditional training along with BFRT. There is limited research available on BFRT’s effectiveness on female athlete population. This study will serve in the evidence-based training of female basketball athletes.
