•1Amavata patients having a simultaneous diagnosis of RA and a history of less than 3 years
•2Patients having no co existing illness having a possibility to affect the dietary likings and intake pattern.
•3Patient having no other co-existing joint disease.
•4Patients not having any history of alcohol intake, smoking or tobacco chewing.
•5Patients willing to participate in the study

•1Cases of Amavata /RA having a history of more than 3 years
•2Age â?? less than 25 and more than 50 years
•3Patients having co existing illness having a possibility to affect the dietary likings and intake pattern (To be excluded through investigations like CBC, RBS, TSH, & KFT, LFT).
•4Patient having other co-existing joint disease
•5Patients of RA requiring urgent care.
•6Patient having a recent history of alcohol intake, smoking or Tobacco chewing
•7Patients not willing to participate in the study
