Inclusion Criteria
All patients (age >18 years) diagnosed as perforation peritonitis with clinical findings or supportive radiological imaging.
Exclusion Criteria
Patients with perforation due to trauma.
Patients with history of previous multiple midline laparotomies.
Patients who are hemodynamically unstable and having septic shock.
Patients with malignant perforation.
