1. Individuals aged = 18 years
2. Individual must be able to attain community ambulation with or without an assistive device
3. Individual must be using the assistive device or having the condition from past one year
4. Individuals with minimal to moderate severity of disability assessed on WHODAS 2.0. The total score on WHODAS 2.0 should not exceed 50 and the domain-specific scores: Cognitive domain scores should not exceed 18 & Mobility domain scores should not exceed 15
1. Individuals unable to comprehend multiple commands.
2. Individuals with conditions affecting upper extremity like forearm amputation, congenital absence of a limb, etc.
