? Gastric cancer patients who are scheduled to undergo laparoscopic or lower robotic gastrectomy diagnosed with stage 1 clinical stage before surgery (including patients who need additional chemotherapy, etc. according to postoperative pathology)
? Patients aged 20 to under 80
? A history of suspected or diagnosed type 2 diabetes prior to surgery
? Body Mass Index (BMI) 23 or higher before surgery
? If sufficient explanation of possible risks during preoperative clinical research is heard and agreed
? You have a history of cancer other than stomach cancer in the last 5 years
? In the case of chemotherapy treatment before gastric cancer surgery
? In the case of preoperative progressive gastric cancer or gastrectomy located in the upper part
? If you have a history of impaired absorption
