Newly registered patients from either sex who are visiting the Ophthalmology Outpatient Department for curative complaints & who are giving consent to participate are included (eg. cases of red eye, discharge from eyes, itching, redness foreign body sensation, swelling, foreign body, raised intraocular pressure, and eye trauma etc.)
Cases of refractive errors, cataract, postoperative follow ups, any diagnostic test/procedure, repeat attendance, and patients not willing to give informed consent were excluded from the study.
