1.Age 18 years old or older
2.Fulfilled the UK Parkinson’s Disease Brain Bank criteria for PD
3. motor fluctuation by 9 item wearing off questionnaire
4.No anti-PD medication adjustment within the past 3 months
1.Presence of diabetes mellitus, chronic renal diseases, chronic liver disease, thyroid diseases or connective tissue disorders
2. Dementia
3. QT prolongation
4. Previous history of ventricular arrhythmia or myocardial infarction
5. Cirrhosis child pugh turcotte class C
6.Previous history of gastric surgery
7.Previous history of prolactinoma
8.Pregnant or lactating woman
9.Allergy to egg, prucalopride
