Inclusion Criteria

Those who are fit for Nasya

Those who are fit for Choorna Pinda Sweda

Patient will be selected irrespective of gender, occupation and habitat.

Age group 20 – 60 years

Patient presenting classical sign and symptoms of Manyasthambha w.s.r. to Cervical Spondylosis.

Exclusion Criteria

Those who are not fit for Nasya karma.

Those who are not fit for Choorna Pinda Sweda

Chronicity more than 2 years

Cervical Myelopathy, Cervical Cord Compression

Patients with Spinal trauma/ Cervical Surgery/ Fracture

Mechanical lesions – Disc prolapse, Diffuse Idiopathic Skeletal hyperostosis

Inflammatory Diseases - Rheumatoid Arthritis, Ankylosing Spondylitis, Polymyalgia Rheumatica

Metabolic Diseases – Diabetes Mellitus, Gout, Pseudo gout, Paget’s Disease
