-Abstinent time 2-7 days
-Total motile sperm count at least 39M from manual semen analysis
-Normal volume from ejaculation (at least 1.5 ml)
-Concentration 2 - 60 M/ml
-Informed and consent
-Unable to ejaculation by himself
-History of varicocele, testicular surgeries including vasectomy
-BMI more than 30 kg/m2
-Alcohol drink at least 3 times/week for 1 year
-Smoking at least 10 pack year or cessation less than 1 year
-Underlying medical conditions; DM type2, chromosomal abnormality
-History of cancer or previous chemotherapy/radiation
