- •1. Patients with pain, functional disability, and who have not responded to any of the conservative treatment were included in the study.
- •2. Patients of category ASA I & II.

- •1.Patients on long term steroid therapy.
- •2.Patients on anticoagulants.
- •3.Patients with connective tissue disease disorders involving the joints, mentally
- •challenged patients.
- •4.Patients of category ASA III & IV.
