1) Other joint pain 2) 30 score on JOA (pain, walking ability) 3) Hyperuricemia, gouty attack 4) Positive rheumatoid factor 5) Knee joint surgery 6) Hyaluronic acid, glucosamine, chondroitin sulfate 7) Treated with medicine for knee join pain and chronic muscular pain 8) Bisphosphonate, hormonal therapy 9) Joint injection with hyaluronic acid or steroid 10) Occasional strenuous exercise 11) Bone disorders 12) Allergic 13) Malignant tumor, severe hypertension, heart disease, renal dysfunction, thyroid dysfunction, liver disease 14) Lactating, pregnant 15) Swelling 16) Treated with Chinese medicine 17) Treated with herbal medicine 18) Treated with sympathomimetic agent 19) Treated with medicine promoting reduction of levels of potassium in blood 20) Without ability of agreement or complaining 21) Alcoholism 22) Judged as unsuitable for this study based on the results of questionnaire 23) Judged as unsuitable for this study based on the results of clinical examination 24) 200 mL of blood donation 25) BMI of more than 35 26) Participant of other clinical trials 27) Judged as unsuitable for this study by the doctor
