Age 18-65 years old
Elective IPD case
Exclusion Criteria
Patient refusal
Patient who unable to communicate (both eyes blindness)
Substance abuse
Patient with history of chronic pain
Psychiatric problem
Pregnancy
Intellectual deficit
Patient whom will be in ICU postoperative
