1) Healthy patients who are categorized in ASA classifications I and II (American Society for Anesthesiologists)
2) age between 18-60 years
3) non-smoker
4) free from systemic or local infection
5) Dose not have taken anti-inflammatory, or antibiotic drugs for at least 2 weeks before the operation
1) pregnancy or lactating women
2) Has habits that disturb wound healing
3) allergy or has adverse effects from drugs that will be used in this study
4) surgical extraction or excessive trauma
5) operation time longer than 1 hour
6) a buccolingual dimension of wound less than 5mm
