Inclusion Criteria
- •入组“早期静脉补充氨基酸对肾功能正常 ICU 患者病死率的影响：多中心随机对照临床研究（ChiCTR2100053359）”6 小时之内的患者；
- •患者或其近亲签署知情同意书。
Exclusion Criteria
- •存在肌肉活检的禁忌症（严重凝血障碍、局部感染、烦躁无法配合等）；
- •预计入组 7 天内出院（死亡 / 转院）的患者。
