Inclusion Criteria

Male
Age 18 or above
Are under methadone medication as part of an overall treatment against drug abuse
Have been referred to the opioid addiction treatment centre at urmia's razi hospital

Exclusion Criteria

Patients with stress and mood disorders that are being treated with antidepressant medication.
Patients who have high score in beck‘s depression inventory and beck‘sAnxiety inventory test will be refered to a psychiatrist and will be removed from the study when they start taking antidepression ans anti stress medication.
The pre-existence of uncontrolled metabolic disease .
The simultaneus consumption of any food supplement.
Having coeliac disease.
