The inclusion criteria were:
1. Individuals older than 60 years old.
2. Absence of a history of head injury, diabetes, heart diseases.
3. Absence of known neurological and psychological disorders.
4. The absence of a specific drug or alcohol dependency.
5. Not using the blood diluting (anti platelet aggregation) drugs.
6. Individuals are not a professional athlete.
7. No recent consumption of multivitamins or similar products.
8. Deaths of people close to the person in recent time.
Exclusion criteria:
1 - No use more than 30% of Pills
2 -Lack of desire to continue study.
3 -Diseases that require special treatment.

Name Time Method General Health. Timepoint: Before the intervention, and three months after the intervention. Method of measurement: GHQ questionnaire.;Depression.
