入选标准
- •Patient’s age > 18 years and < 65 years with mild to moderate head injury as defined by a Glasgow come scale of 9-14 with radiological diagnosis of diffuse axonal injury.
排除标准
- •1.Patient refusal
- •2.Liver or renal disease
- •3.Glucose 6 phosphate dehydrogenase
- •4.Previous CNS pathology ( eg stroke ,head
- •injury or previous craniotomy)
- •5.Space occupying lesions and those with
- •pre-resuscitation shock and hypoxic
- •ischaemic encephalopathy
