- •Extracorporeal membrane oxygenation
- •- Age > 18 years < 70 years
- •- Deep sedation (RASS score -4/-5)
- •- Arterial blood pressure measurement for clinical indication
- •- Central venous catheter for clinical indication
- •- ECMO blood flow of only 2 liters required for gas exchange
排除标准
- •- Age < 18 years > 70 years
- •- Lack of consent
- •- Renal artery stenosis
- •- Known liver disease (e.g. cirrhosis, chronic hepatitis)
- •- Portal hypertension
- •- Increased intra-abdominal pressure
- •- Post-nephrectomy/splenectomy/liver surgery (excluding cholecystectomy)
- •- Impaired renal function (eGFR < 60 ml/min/1.73m3)
