Inclusion Criteria

Age of majority
- Capacity to give consent
- Presence of informed, written consent

- For patients: Perception of the IP offer as an inpatient at the UKU.
- For relatives: Relative is an inpatient and takes advantage of the IN offer.
- For employees: Employment at the UK

Exclusion Criteria

- Presence of pronounced cognitive deficits
- Survey not possible due to limited ability to communicate (e.g. lack of language skills)
- In the immediate dying process
- Contraindications that exclude the use of I
