Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Individuals of both sexes; aged between 20 and 59 years; with chronic non\-specific low back pain, lasting at least 3 months; who are not undergoing physiotherapy or practicing Pilates
Exclusion Criteria
- •Not meeting the inclusion criteria; presence of pain radiating to the lower limbs; fibromyalgia; pregnancy; neurological or cognitive diseases; cardiovascular diseases and morbid obesity
