Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Volunteers with confirmed diagnosis of Parkinson's Disease; which are clinically stable through drug therapy; who can wander without help from a caregiver; with score \<3 on the Hoehn \& Yahr Scale; who may attend Pilates services; older than 39 years;
Exclusion Criteria
- •Volunteers who present with another neurological disease that compromises the evaluation of balance, such as orthopedic diseases, severe labyrinth diseases, among others; who have more than two absences to attend to Pilates; to abandon the program for some reason; who were performing some regular physical activity or physical therapy; that present some limitation and/or contraindication to perform physical activity at the moment;
