Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\. ASA I ,II
  • •2\. PCNL procedures with single puncture and with
  • •nephrostomy tube.
  • •3\. Age group 18\- 60 yrs

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\.ASA III,IV
  • •2\.PCNL with 2 or more nephrostomy punctures
  • •3\.Patients with uncontrolled diabetes mellitus
  • •4\.Patients with uncontrolled hypertension
  • •5\. Patients with associated cardiac and/or
  • •hepatic dysfunction
  • •Patients with coagulation disorders
  • •Patients with BMI \> 30 kg/m2\.
  • •Excessive bleeding during the procedure
  • •Surgery \> 3 hours
