Inclusion Criteria
•All children 6-24 months age with their mothers
•Living in food in secured households
•Targeted for productive safety net program
•Are permanent residents of the study area, living at least for 6 months
Exclusion Criteria
•All children residing in areas where nutrition sensitive interventions currently implemented either by government or non-government agencies in the selected cluster
•Households which is too hard to reach
•Children with known chronic or acute illness and bedridden during the study period.
