1) Patients taking warfarin and older than 18 years old
2) Patients treated with warfarin over 6 months
3) Patients agree to participate in the study by signing the consent form
4) Patients can use Thai language to communicate
Exclusion Criteria
1) Patients refused to attend the study
2) Patients with hearing impairment
3) Patients with memory impairment
4) Patients with incomplete medical records
