Inclusion Criteria
- •1\) Patients taking warfarin and older than 18 years old
- •2\) Patients treated with warfarin over 6 months
- •3\) Patients agree to participate in the study by signing the consent form
- •4\) Patients can use Thai language to communicate
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\) Patients refused to attend the study
- •2\) Patients with hearing impairment
- •3\) Patients with memory impairment
- •4\) Patients with incomplete medical records
