  • •Elective below knee surgery

Exclusion Criteria

  • •allergic to local anesthetic drugs
  • •bleeding disorder
  • •Acute infection
  • •Neurological disease
  • •H/o spine surgery
  • •Morbid obese
  • •respiratory and cardiac disease
  • •Psychiatry illness
