Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • Adult patient undergoing craniotomy for unruptured cerebral aneurysm ligation

Exclusion Criteria

  • 80 years old or older or under 20 years old
  • Order of surgery other than the first
  • Cerebral aneurysms that cause symptoms such as pain, vision problems, or abnormal sensations
  • Infratentorial cerebral aneurysms such as cerebral aneurysms that develop in the basilar and vertebral arteries or their branches
  • Craniotomy other than keyhole craniotomy
  • American Society of Anesthesiologists physical status (ASA PS) 3 or higher
  • Dementia, cancer, or scalp disease
  • Past psychiatric medication and treatment history
  • History of past craniotomy or scalp incision
  • Allergy to local anesthetics, narcotic analgesics, non\-steroid anti\-inflammatory drugs
