1.Minimum 3 days per week of football practice in sports or structured physical activity.
2.Playing experience in football of a minimum of three yrs
3.Schools with playground facility & Full-time sports teacher
4.Subjects with English as a primary or second language or as a mode of reading, writing, and understanding skills.
5.Subjects with All classes of the economy
1.Any known or symptomatic cardio-respiratory disease. (Congenital or acquired- which was verified from the student medical record from school)
2.Lower extremity musculoskeletal abnormalities such as Muscle strains, Ligament sprain, Fracture or dislocation, etc. in the past 6 months.
3.Neurological disorders such as Seizures, Spina-bifida, etc.
4. Psychological disorders such as Anxiety Disorders, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD, ADD), Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD), Bipolar Disorder (Manic-Depressive Illness), Coping with Traumatic Events, Depression, Disruptive Mood Dysregulation Disorder, Eating Disorders.

Name Time Method 1 Lower extremity strength will be assessed by standing long jump test <br/ ><br>2 Leg speed, power, and agility by T-test <br/ ><br>3 Cardio-respiratory fitness by 20 meter shuttle run test <br/ ><br>4 Flexibility by modified sit and reach test <br/ ><br>5 Mental toughness will be assessed by Sport Mental Toughness Questionnaire (SMTQ).Timepoint: Prior to intervention as baseline (Pre), and after twelve weeks of post intervention (Post II)
