Inclusion Criteria
Federated athlete; to be part of the same volleyball team, to be training and competing regularly; to have no injury or any health problem that could interfere with the result at the beginning of the experiments; to have a regular menstrual cycle.
Exclusion Criteria
Absence in training greater than 50%; Absence in interventions greater than 50%; lesion; health problem.

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Evaluate Total Quality of Recovery through the Total Quality Recovery scale (6-20). Values above 17 on the scale after the intervention will be considered ideal.<br>
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Evaluate Stress and Recovery through RESTQ. Reducing Stress Scales and Increasing Recovery Scales after the intervention will be considered ideal.<br>;To evaluate the Mental Fatigue through the Visual Analogical Scale of Mental Fatigue. Reduction of the values after the intervention will be considered ideal.;To evaluate the Phisical Fatigue through the Visual Analogical Scale of Phisical Fatigue. Reduction of the values after the intervention will be considered ideal.;Evaluate Humor through the Brunel Humor Scale (BRUMS). Reduced values after tension, mental confusion, depression, fatigue and anger and increased vigor values after the intervention will be considered ideal.
