Inclusion Criteria
- •Pregnant patients (18\-40\) years of ASA physical status II posted for elective LSCS under subarachnoid block.
Exclusion Criteria
- •H/O spinal surgery or spinal deformity,Any contraindication for spinal anaesthesia ,allergy to bupivacaine,significant medical or obstetric morbidity,BMI \>30,Twin pregnancy.
