- •Pregnant patients (18-40) years of ASA physical status II posted for elective LSCS under subarachnoid block.
排除标准
- •H/O spinal surgery or spinal deformity,Any contraindication for spinal anaesthesia ,allergy to bupivacaine,significant medical or obstetric morbidity,BMI >30,Twin pregnancy.
