Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Pediatric patients belonging to the group of ASA I/II and in the age group of 3\-8 years scheduled to undergo elective surgeries under General anesthesia
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Patients undergoing emergency surgeries.
- •2\.Patients whose parents or legal guardians refuse to provide consent.
- •3\.Patients with known or unanticipated difficult airway.
- •4\.Patients with known allergy to dexmedetomidine.
- •5\.Patients having preoperative hemodynamic instability such as shock.
