- •2.Adults with BMI > 30 Kg/m²
- •3.American Society of Anaesthesiologist
- •Class I, II, III
排除标准
- •1. Laparoscopic converted to open surgery
- •2. Refusal to participate
- •3. Infections or Pathology of airway
- •4. Limited mouth opening ( <24 mm)
- •5. Patients with history of hiatus hernia
- •6. Pregnancy, reduced lung compliances
- •7. Edentulous
- •8. Need for conversion from LMA to ETT
