- •Aged between 1 year and 5 years
- •Weighing between 5 kg and 25 kg
- •ASA-PS class I and II
- •Elective genitourinary, lower abdominal, orthopaedic, surgeries in supine position under general anaesthesia,
排除标准
- •Any patient undergoing emergency surgery
- •with prior history of abnormal anatomy of the larynx or pharynx
- •patients with increased risk of aspiration (Tracheoesophageal fistula, Oesophageal atresia)
