Inclusion Criteria
Aged between 1 year and 5 years
Weighing between 5 kg and 25 kg
ASA-PS class I and II
Elective genitourinary, lower abdominal, orthopaedic, surgeries in supine position under general anaesthesia,
Exclusion Criteria
Any patient undergoing emergency surgery
with prior history of abnormal anatomy of the larynx or pharynx
patients with increased risk of aspiration (Tracheoesophageal fistula, Oesophageal atresia)
