Inclusion Criteria
1. Obese patients
2. Age 18 to 60 years
3. ASA Physical status I and II planned for elective laparoscopic cholecystectomy
Exclusion Criteria
1. Patient refusal
2. Anticipated difficult airway
3. History of gastroesophageal reflux diseases
Patients with previous abdominal surgery and/or
comorbidities that would affect surgical time
time under anaesthesia
4. Expected duration of surgery is more than 3 hours
5. Any surgery with expected postoperative ICU admission
