- •1. Age -40-55years
- •2. History of primary hypertension >3years
- •3. Clinical stability with controlled hypertension
- •4. No change in medications for the past 3months
排除标准
- •1. Dyspnea
- •2. Body mass index(BMI) >30
- •3. Cardiac or pulmonary surgery within the previous 3months
- •patients with history of pulmonary diseases , cardiac, and neurological diseases
- •5. treatment with steroids, cancer chemotherapy
