Inclusion Criteria
1.Age of patients – 18 to 60 years of either sex.
2.Kidney, ureteral stone size up to 8 mm.
Exclusion Criteria
1.Gross Hydronephrosis.
2.Urethral stone
3.Chronic Renal failure. (Sr. Creatinine >2mg/dl will not be included)
4.Cases which are advised surgical intervention.
5.Severe Haematuria.
6.Uncontrolled systemic disorders like Hypertension ( >160/100 mm-Hg), Diabetes Mellitus ( >180 mg/dl RBS).
7.Cardiac disorders, Malignancy, Tuberculosis, HIV, HBsAg, VDRL etc.
8.Pregnant and lactating mother.
9.Patients suffering from any auto immune diseases.
