Teeth diagnosed symptomatic irreversible pulpitis, or pulp necrosis
with or without apical periodontitis
Primary root canal treatment cases
Fully developed single rooted teeth with single canal
Age: 18 to 55 years
Systemically healthy patients
Teeth with enough crown structure for adequate isolation
Presence of peri apical radiolucency or sinus track
Pregnant patients
Irrestorable tooth
Re- Rct cases
Tooth with severe periodontal disease
Teeth with calcified canals and complex root canal morphology
Curved root canals of more than 25 degrees
Presence of internal / external resorption
Teeth with abscess/cellulitis
Patients with para-functional habits
Patients with chronic systemic disease
Patients with active site of pathosis in the area of injection
Patients who received antibiotics within the preceding 6 hours before the procedure
