ï?±Patients meeting diagnostic criteria of Schizophrenia according to ICD 11.
ï?±Patients of age 18 or above
ï?±Patients on nicotine and caffeine.
ï?±On stable antipsychotic dose for more than 2 weeks.
ï?±Patients/legally acceptable representatives willing to give written informed consent for participating in the study
ï?±Symptoms are a manifestation of another health condition(eg organic like brain tumour)
ï?±Symptoms are a manifestation of drug intoxication or withdrawal including Substance Dependence (eg alcohol) (Nicotine and caffeine users included in the study)
ï?±Pregnancy and postpartum period.
ï?±Patients on clozapine.
ï?±Patients on any other class of drugs except Benzodiazepines and antiparkinsonian drugs.
