1. Active female recreational badminton players.
2. Age group 18 ââ?¬â?? 30 years.
3. Body mass index of players will be between 18-24 kg/m2.
4. Playing badminton for more than 1 year.
5. Players who play badminton for 40 mins for 4 days per week.
6. Participants with MMT grade 4 of abdominals, back and lower limb muscles
1. Who will be having history of low back pain during last 1 month.
2. Participation in any formal core training and balance training program.
3. Having lower limb fracture in the last four months.
4. Any chronic ligament sprain.
5. Trauma to lower limb and any neurological disorder having balance impairment.
6. Any other systemic illness.
7. Not willing to participate in the study.
