- •1) pediatric patient age 7-15
- •2) bony surgery of upper extremity
- •3) operated by team of pediatric orthopedists
- •4) inform consent was completed
排除标准
- •loss of sensation eg. neurodeficit
- •abnormal coagulation
- •allergy to NSAIDs, bupivacaine, morphine, or paracetamol
- •eGFR< 90 mL/min/1.73 m2
