入选标准
- •Inclusion Criteria:
- •ASA I & II
- •Age group 30-60yrs
- •Patients of both sex
- •Patients posted for elective laparoscopic Cholecystectomy
- •Patients who have given informed written consent
排除标准
- •Exclusion Criteria:
- •Patients with systemic disorders like uncontrolled hypertension, Diabetes mellitus, severe cardiac, hepatic, respiratory, or renal disease.
- •Patients with history of allergy to any of the used drugs in study.
- •Patient with any psychiatric illness or having any history of opioid intake or alcohol intake
- •Pregnant or breast feeding mothers.
- •Patients on Calcium channel blockers, beta blockers, alpha 2 agonists, methyl dopa, tricyclic antidepressants, benzodiazepines, monoamine oxidase inhibitors
- •Hypermagnesaemialective laparoscopic Cholecystectomy
- •Pregnant or breast feeding mothers.
- •Patients on Calcium channel blockers, beta blockers, alpha 2 agonists, methyl dopa, tricyclic antidepressants, benzodiazepines, monoamine oxidase inhibitors
