Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Systolic blood pressure less than 90 mm Hg.
- •Need of vasopressors to maintain systolic blood pressure > 90 mm Hg.
- •Urine output less than 0.5ml/kg/hr for 2 hours
- •Heart rate > 100 /min
Exclusion Criteria
- •1)Patients not in sinus rhythm
- •2)Patients in whom echocardiography could not be performed (obesity, poor echo window)
- •3)Intra-abdominal hypertension
- •4)Contraindications to PLR test
- •Brain stroke or raised intracranial
- •hypertension
- •Deep vein thrombosis
- •Lower limb or pelvis fracture
- •Inspiratory effort during EEOT
