Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Patients with symptomatic single\-rooted calcified teeth with or without Orstavik PAI score of 1\-4 were included in the study. Periapical Radiographic examination suggestive of canal calcification obliterating the pulp canal space. CBCT will be done to confirm the canal calcification. If canal calcification was not evident until the coronal or middle third, new patients will be included.
Exclusion Criteria
- •symptomatic teeth without any signs of canal calcification in the periapical radiography, with or without periapical lesion.
- •Grossly destructed teeth with radiographic evidence of canal calcification.
- •Teeth with no preoperative or postoperative radiographs were excluded.
