Inclusion Criteria

Premature neonates with a gestational age of less than 32 weeks
Premature neonates with a birth weight of less than 1500 grams
Breast feeding

Exclusion Criteria

Major congenital anomalies
Sepsis or significant comorbidities

Primary Outcome Measures

Name	Time	Method
The occurrence of ROP requires treatment. Timepoint: 28 days after birth. Method of measurement: Regular ophthalmology examinations with an ophthalmoscope according to the protocol and based on the diagnosis of the stage and zone of the disease by the doctor.

Secondary Outcome Measures

Including severity of ROP, need for laser therapy or surgery, and visual acuity. Timepoint: According to the doctor's opinion, every 2 weeks.
