1.Participant is willing and able to give informed consent for participation in the study.
2.Male or female, aged 18 years or above.
3.Healthy volunteers (VMWs or lab technicians), febrile patients or vivax malaria patients who are willing to participate in the study.
1.Healthy participants (VMWs or lab technicians) or febrile patients or vivax malaria patients who are suffering from severe disease or condition such that testing on them may add burden to them.
2.Patients who are not willing to travel to/follow up at the local health centre for radical cure treatment.
3.Patients or healthy participants who fear blood or needles.
