入选标准
- •Completed participation in the parent cohort study.
- •Diagnosed with Stage III or higher periodontitis according to the Tonetti classification in the parent cohort study.
- •Community-dwelling adults aged 40–64 years.
- •Having at least 20 natural teeth (fewer than 8 dental implants).
- •Able to use a smartphone.
排除标准
- •Pregnant women.
- •Users of complete or partial dentures.
- •Use of antibiotics within the previous 6 months.
- •Diagnosed with diabetes mellitus.
- •Current smokers.
- •Planned dental treatment during the study period.
- •History of cancer, cardiovascular disease, or autoimmune disease.
