- •Patients without written informed consent. Patients with severe respiratory failure, bronchial asthma attack, severe hepatic disorder, chronic lung disease followed by heart failure, convulsion, acute alcoholism, a past history of hypersensitivity to morphines or opium alkaloids, and hemorrhagic colitis.
