入选标准
- •1. Age between 20 to 65 year-old
- •2. First time or a recurrent low back pain sustain over 3 months
- •3. Only low back pain but without any radiation pain toward lower
- •extremities
- •4. Initial score of Modified Oswestry Disability Index is higher
- •than 25 points
- •5. Can accept prone position
- •6. The score of Numerical Pain Rating Scale is higher than 3 points
- •in total 10 points
- •7. Dominate pain is lumbar flexion
排除标准
- •1. Has a spine surgery in the past (for example: lumbar spine
- •segment fusion)
- •2. A fracture history in lumbar spine or adjacent bone and joint
- •3. Can't properly do a spine flexion or extension that interference
- •the test or the intervention
- •4. Having a low back pain even in the rest without any movement
- •5. Suspect or be confirmed by medical images for spine pathology
- •(for example: fracture, infection, oncology issues, spine deformity)
- •6. Pregnant
- •7. Receiving similar treatment interventions
- •8. Systemic or neurologically related diseases (for example:
- •rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, Parkinson's disease patients)
