Exclusion Criteria
Members with any physical disability that prevent them from involving in any physical activity, pregnant women

Name Time Method This study will tell us the impact of physical activity among self-help groups. <br/ ><br>Through the transtheoretical model approach it enables us to explore the facilitators and barriers for initiating and maintenance of physical activity.1.to determine the change in physical activity levels after 3 months of fitness program based on ‘Fit India campaign’ <br/ ><br>2.to assess the change in physical activity behavior based on Transtheoretical model of change <br/ ><br> <br/ ><br>Timepoint: Baseline, 1 week and 1 month
