Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • present with bilateral identical lower molar impaction according to Pell\-Gregory classification (Pell \& Gregory, 1933\)
  • healthy patients who categorized in ASA I \& ASA II (American Society for Anesthesiologists)
  • free from any systemic or local infection and have not taken anti\-inflammatory drugs, steroids, or antibiotics within 2 weeks before the operation

Exclusion Criteria

  • lactating women
  • allergy or has an adverse effect from drugs that will be used in this study
  • patients who are unable to provide informed consent
