入排标准
入选标准
- •1. American Society of Anaesthesiologists (ASA) physical status I or II.
- •2. Age group 18-80 years of either sex.
- •3. Patients scheduled to undergo elective surgery under general anaesthesia.
排除标准
- •1. Patients with history of prior gastric or lower esophageal surgery.
- •2. Patients with known abnormalities of the upper gastrointestinal tract (such as hiatal hernias and gastric tumors).
- •3. Pregnancy.
- •4. Patients unable to turn and lie in lateral position.
- •5. Patients with BMI more than 35kg/m2.
- •6. Patients with known acid peptic disease, gastric or duodenal diseases.
- •7. Failure of passing NG tube or obtain gastric aspirate.
- •8. Patients who are allergic to proton pump inhibitors.
- •9. Patients who are not able to understand the study procedure and provide informed written consent.
